We're confident that you'll love your purchase from Zavity! We go to great lengths to accurately photograph and describe each item so you know exactly what you're purchasing.  We're happy to answer any questions prior to your purchase.  
Once purchased, all sales are final.  Why? Because all of our items are unique, carefully sourced, and often require special handling. (Read more about our sourcing in our FAQs.) Please read descriptions carefully and double check measurements where provided, as we cannot accept returns due to differences in color or improper fit. We do offer alterations if you'd like to have your item tailored to your measurements before shipping.
In the case that you have any questions about your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. Please do not, under any circumstance, ship a package back to us without contacting us first. 
Keep in mind that color representation varies from screen to screen. We are not responsible for any perceived difference in color between the item photographs displayed in the shop and the item received. 
Care instructions are generally provided on the manufacturer's tag. (If you're not sure how to interpret the laundry symbols, check out this Wikipedia page.) We are not responsible for damage to a garment due to improper handling or washing.
